This Virtual Research Environment provides a set of tools to design, test and execute pipelines from software development interfaces, supported by the necessary computational resources. These pipelines can then be packaged as standalone cloud micro-services. The environment will also offer direct access to FAIR data storage for plant phenotyping datasets, as well as a connection to a general purpose resource catalogue that enables users to browse and share research products from other communities.
